How we use your photo

Your uploaded photo is sent securely to the AI service solely to generate your requested PETBUSTED Identity and its character portrait, and, if you unlock Roast Me or Human Me, their portraits. If Identity analysis is unavailable, we use a local fallback based on your pet's name, type and photo metadata. If portrait generation fails, you can retry it.

A compressed copy is stored locally in your browser so your result is still there if you come back. Photos are not sold, and PETBUSTED does not use them for its own model training. We do not make a claim about the AI service's retention practices.

When you share a link, its pet name, result text and sometimes a tiny preview image travel in that link. Anyone with the link can read those details. Your original upload is not included.

You can remove your locally stored PETBUSTED photos and results by clearing this site's data in your browser or using the button below. Links you already shared may still be opened by anyone who has them, because their preview travels inside the link.
